Planning your visit

How do I find a wash with the services I need?

Use the homepage location finder to filter by Self-service or Automatic. Vacuums are available at every location. Open a location page for its address, equipment counts, photos, and directions.

What are your hours?

Our ten locations have regular operating hours of 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Follow any temporary closure signs at the property.

What is the difference between self-service and an automatic wash?

In a self-service bay, you operate the wash equipment yourself and choose the cleaning steps. In an automatic bay, the machine runs a wash cycle after you select a package and position your vehicle as directed. All ten locations have self-service bays; eight also have automatic bays.

Are automatic washes touchless?

Yes. All East Valley Car Wash automatic washes are touchless. They clean with water and detergents without brushes or cloth contacting your vehicle.

Can I vacuum the inside of my car?

Vacuum stations are available at all ten locations. Check the instructions and charges at the machine before starting.

Before you wash

How should I prepare my car for an automatic wash?

Close your windows, sunroof, doors, and trunk. Turn off automatic wipers and secure loose items. Follow your vehicle’s car-wash instructions and the bay’s signs. Transmission and braking instructions depend on the equipment, so follow that bay’s directions rather than instructions for a conveyor wash elsewhere.

Will my truck, SUV, or modified vehicle fit?

Check the posted height, width, and clearance limits before entering the bay. Include roof racks, cargo, hitches, and other accessories when checking your vehicle’s size. If you cannot confirm that it fits, stay outside the bay and contact us. We do not publish one clearance limit for every location.

Can I wash a convertible, wrapped car, or vehicle with a ceramic coating?

Follow the care instructions from your vehicle manufacturer and the installer of any wrap, film, or coating. Compatibility depends on the wash equipment and the condition of the finish and seals. Check those instructions before choosing a wash; we cannot promise that every wash is suitable for every finish.

How do I use a self-service wash bay?

Read the bay’s instructions, rates, and available settings before paying. Follow the suggested wash sequence, keep a firm hold on the spray wand, and observe the posted spray distance. Keep the nozzle away from people and follow any restrictions on what may be washed in the bay.

Everyday car care

How often should I wash my car?

Every two weeks is a useful starting point for routine washing. Adjust to how much you drive and the dirt your car collects. Remove bird droppings, bugs, and other contaminants promptly using a method appropriate for your vehicle’s finish.

Is it worth washing my car if rain is forecast?

A wash removes existing dirt and road grime; rain is not a substitute for cleaning. Choose a time that works for you and follow any weather-related closure signs. For questions about a previous wash or a requested rewash, contact support.

Payment and help

How much does a wash cost, and which payments can I use?

Check the price and accepted-payment signs on the specific bay or machine before paying.

How do I report a problem or ask about my wash?

Use our report form and select the location you visited. Include what happened and your contact details, and we will review your concern.
